At Pepe’s we cater for gluten free and vegan customers. Many of our meals are corn based as opposed to flour, so our gluten free customers can enjoy meals such as: Enchiladas, Nachos and Tacos. Additionally, Pepes offers a gluten free wrap which provides further options for our gluten free customers with meals such as: Burritos, Fajitas and Tostadas.
All of our sauces and Guacamole are prepared on site and do not contain dairy, flour or thickeners.
For our vegan customers, we offer Frijole Bean Enchiladas, Quesadillas, Nachos and Fajitas. These meals are made vegan friendly upon request, using nacho style vegan cheese. Our Garden Salad and dressing are vegan friendly, as well as our Mexican salad with agave syrup in replacement to Honey.
